Diirla is a child of the Firstcomers, the result of a Healer's longing for a child. Despite being born outside of Recognition, she has a fairly powerful gift for plant-shaping. She has always had a calm centeredness and gentle sense of humor that could withstand the loss of a son or lifemate. She tends to be the peacemaker in the Isle, and one of its better clothes-designers.
