Tayalli shaped herself with dramatic features and a cloak of midnight-black hair. Abode's draining effect on her magic left her with but with a tiny ability to shape plants and sense their utility as food. As bold as her features, she spent much of her time exploring her environs, even spying on the humans. (Her boldness did not extend to letting her daughter act with equal boldness, however.)

Tayalli was the first in the group to Recognize, giving birth to Aerva First-Born, and, a few years later, Solarn. After disaster struck with the Willed-Born, she broke with Var and led the surviving Willed-Born away. Her eventual fate is unknown to the Isle.
